I am a South Australian artist who paints to explore colour, emotion and connection to place. Born and raised on beautiful Kangaroo Island where I currently reside with my 3 children and husband, my work is inspired by the landscapes around me, everyday observations, and the pleasure I get from creating. Through painting I aim to capture feeling and connection rather than perfect representation of the subject, allowing viewers to bring their own experiences and interpretations to each piece. I hope that the core essence of my art connects people to something personal of similar subject matter, so they can re live the peace and nostalgia of that memory on loop, in their own space.
